2011 Beef Season 
Thank you Beef (9-5) for another good season
- we appreciate all your hard work!
The 2011 Season was an emotional and passionate season accented with highs and lows. We especially enjoyed watching Pig Brown fly across the field to intercept Sankey in Chicago to secure the win, watching Grixby return kicks, introducing Lacrosse, Tri-Cities, Wyoming, Chicago and the Nebraska Danger to The Slaughter House, the Beefense domination and of course Diaz's kick return zig zagging down the field to score a touchdown and spoil Sioux Falls' win streak during the last regular game of the season on the last play of the game with 00:00 time left on the clock. Yes, it was amazing! We also suffered the loss of our beloved Beef Friends Lionell (Beef photographer) and Rump Roaster Big Pops (Ron) as they joined our dear Friend Horny Harry. You are missed deeply but not forgotten....
Beef Fans are the Best Fans as we supported our team not only at the Slaughter House but on the road at Chicago, Sioux Falls, Seattle / Kent, Wichita, Grand Island and Cheyenne! We congratulate the Sioux Falls Storm (13-1) on the IFL Championship but we, The Beef, shall always be remembered in history too....
We Are The 1.... Good Job Beef - We Love You and look forward to another fun, fast & exciting season next year!!
