The Meatheads

-1 Large can of bull horn extract pumpkin pie mix, from Robert and Jeff's fall garden crop.
-1 Large can of Jersey cow lactated evaporated milk, collected while cow is watching Rumproasters Lady Night routine.
-2 Large Bull sat on - not cracked eggs, collected by Mad Cow or Mrs. Mad Cow, ripened for -2 hours in Mad Cows bull horn hat.
-Mix all the above in a manure spreader kept in Doc & Precious garage.
-Pour in a cow hair lined 9" X 13" feeder trough, used daily by mascot Sir Loin.
-On top sprinke 1 yellow dry Simmental Bull cake mix, sifted through Meat Heads beads and strobe lights.
-On top sprinke 1 cup of utter ripened pecans, picked by Dakota's brother.
-On top drizzle 1 cube Prime Dancers hand churned melted butter.
-Bake for as long as it takes the twins to call the bulls in from the field, 1 hour.
-Use Malissa oven, have Brad turn to on, Colby turn on the fan switch, Sarah open the door, Allison put loaf in, and Pat set on 350.

PRIME RIB ROAST (for Medium Rare)

From the Kitchen of Bill Motz

Bring roast to room temperature (takes about 2 hours)
1/2 cup chilli sauce (Heinz)
1 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce (optional)

The Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. Season with Chili Sauce Mixture
3. Place roast in pan - fat side up and roast 18 minutes per rib

2 ribs - 36 minutes
3 ribs - 54 minutes
4 ribs - 1 hour and 12 minutes
etc.

At the end of time, turn oven off immediately and do not open oven door for 2 hours. After that, roast is done. For dinner at 5:30pm, put roast in oven at 2:18pm and turn oven off at 3:30pm for 4 ribs.

Use 1 can of Beef Broth for au jus.

Horse Radish

1 large tbsp. horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. Mayo
Dash of Worchester Sauce
